Product and Systems Leader with 20+ years spanning global retail brands and scaling my own multi-channel business.

I began my career working across retail, buying, product development and brand management with well known brands including Ralph Lauren, Sportsgirl, Myer, Marcs, OP and Mambo. These roles gave me deep exposure to product lifecycles, supply chains, operations and the commercial realities behind building and running a brand at scale.

In 2005, I founded my own brand and led it for 18 years. As the business grew, so did the operational complexity. Disconnected systems. Manual processes. Inventory friction. Platform constraints.

I didn't just want to manage the chaos. I wanted to engineer a better way to operate.

That curiosity pulled me deep into technology. I led ERP implementations, worked across ecommerce platforms, designed integrations and automated workflows, collaborating directly with developers to build solutions that connected systems and streamlined operations. One of my proudest achievements was pioneering one of the first custom integrations with The Iconic - an automated solution connecting orders, inventory and tracking data that later became a blueprint used by other brands onboarding to the marketplace.

Since then I have continued working across product, systems and transformation initiatives spanning platform migrations, integration delivery, workflow automation and operational redesign. My sweet spot sits between commercial strategy and technical delivery - translating complex business problems into scalable solutions and driving adoption across enterprise environments.

A thread that runs through everything I do is the customer. Whether negotiating enterprise partnerships with David Jones, The Iconic and Zalora across Asia, rebuilding a strained client relationship under delivery pressure, or ensuring a new system actually gets used after go-live - I have always understood that technology only delivers value when the people it is built for trust it and adopt it.

More recently, I have been focused on applying AI to real-world operational challenges - designing intelligent workflows that categorise inbound activity, automate decision-making, and streamline communication and execution across teams.

I work with businesses to design and implement AI-driven workflows, automation systems, and scalable operational processes that improve response times, reduce manual workload, and unlock growth.

Currently based on the Sunshine Coast and open to select consulting engagements, contract roles, or full-time opportunities.
